A note about the price
schedule. Prices represent labor only. For example, if you want us to install memory in your computer we would charge you $25.00 plus the cost of the memory. If you provide the memory then your total price is $25.00 Virus and Spyware removal fees can range. In most cases, we are able to resolve issues for a flat rate of $65.00 Occasionally however, we may need to backup your data, reinstall your operating system (Windows XP, Vista, Etc.) and reinstall your application programs. . |

Laptop repair service.
Laptops and notebooks are repaired by certified laptop repair technicians. Turnaround time on laptop repairs averages 2 to 7 days. Some models can take up to several weeks subject to parts availability. (Ask us about our Laptop Rental Replacement Program)

1) Diagnostic Bench Fee Waiver - In some cases we are able to diagnose your computer problem based on its behavior. In cases where determining the cause of your problem does not require going inside your computer or running test our bench fee will not apply.
